It's the ladies' turn to shine in 2014 Rittenhouse Marvel Dangerous Divas Series 2. The followup comes three years after the first set came out, offering a female focus on the ladies of the Marvel Universe.

Each box is led by a full-color sketch card as well as several inserts, a couple of which highlight the work of individual artists.

The 2014 Rittenhouse Marvel Dangerous Divas Series 2 base set has 72 cards. Keeping with Rittenhouse's recent trend of limited edition parallels are a pair of sets. Emerald (#/100) fall one per box and Diamond (#/10) are a case hit.

Sketch cards are closer to full pieces of art. More than simple doodles, they all come in color. More than 100 artists are contributing to the set including Frank Kadar, Jim Kyle, Newton Barbosa and Sanna Umemoto.

Archives Cuts (1:96 packs) are the memorabilia card equivalent for a comic-based set. Each card has a panel from a classic comic embedded in it.

Art of Milo Manara is a nine-card set that's inserted 1:24 packs. Manara was recently at the center of some controversy for the pose he used for a now-cancelled Spider-Woman variant cover. Sticking with the single-artist approach is Marvel Originals (nine cards, 1:24 packs), which feature are from Rhiannon Owens. The set has an autographed parallel with cards signed by Owens.

2014 Rittenhouse Marvel Dangerous Divas marks the third and final installment of the card maker's Marvel 75th insert set. The last 25 cards in the cross-release insert are randomly inserted in packs. Numbered to 75, they land two per case.

Other inserts include Marvel Women Embossed (nine cards, 1:24 packs) and Sultry Seductresses (nine cards, 1:12 packs).

Each case comes with one of five different Embrace inserts. Those ordering six cases get a sketch card from Anthony Tan as a bonus. A sketch card from Tony Perna, Tim Shay, Sean Pence or Axebone is the nine-case incentive.
