1. EARNING POINTS
1a. Earn 100 points per $1.00 CAD spent.
1b. Refunds or exchanges WILL NOT BE ISSUED if a product is purchased BEFORE OR AFTER an active promotion.
1c. Time-sensitive promotions will be available, please follow our social media to stay up to date.
2. ELIGIBLE PURCHASES
2a. Purchases both in-store and online are eligible for Rewards, unless specifically stated otherwise.
3. POINTS EXPIRATION
3a. Points will never expire and are non-transferrable.
4. REDEEMING POINTS
4a. Points may be redeemed in-store only at this time. Please contact us to make arrangement for online redemptions.
4b. Points may be redeemed at a rate of $5.00 CAD OFF per 100,000 Points used.
4c. Once Points are redeemed, under no circumstance will Points be eligible to be refunded.
4d. Time-sensitive redemptions will be available, please follow our social media to stay up to date.
5. CASH VALUE
5a. Points have no cash value and may not be sold or exchanged for legal tender.
6. POINTS BALANCE STATEMENT
6a. Points balance statements are available by request in-store. Please contact us to request online balance statements.
7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
7a. You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by West's Sports Cards and Marsello, the Rewards Program, Participating Properties and Partner Programs, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Statement.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8a. In the case of a dispute, West's Sports Cards will investigate and settle each case on an individual basis.
