1. TIME
1a. Refunds WILL NOT be processed under any circumstance for any purchase of our sealed products or individual cards on our storefront.
1b. Refunds WILL be processed for any purchase of a product under our "LIVE Breaks" category on our storefront. This exception applies only to products purchased under this specific category. Refunds may be requested for up to 24 hours before the LIVE Break has been completed. If there are limited spots remaining in the break that you are requesting a refund in, it is imperative to urgently get ahold of West's Sports Cards to ensure that your refund is processed in time.
2. METHOD OF REFUND
2a. Refunds will ONLY be applied to the original form of payment, or as store credit if the original form of payment cannot be provided.
3. PRODUCT CONDITION
3a. West's Sports Cards does not offer refunds on sealed products or individual cards. This does not apply.
